For this edition, the Exchange will host a timely conversation on the importance of office space to thriving downtowns. Matt Dorner, CEO of Milwaukee Downtown will share highlights from the International Downtown Association’s recently released Top Issues Council report on adapting to the future of commercial office, followed by a panel discussion with leaders from Madison and Milwaukee exploring office trends, challenges, opportunities, and why a strong downtown workforce remains critical to the economic vitality of both cities.
