This event will offer a walking tour of the new building, a history discussion of the organization, and what current goals are for the future! This visit takes place on a Thursday during the Mercadito which is an outdoor farmers market that takes place every Thursday offering delicious foods, organic produce, and artesanal crafts! Come hungry and ready to learn about all the wonderful work being done at Centro!
Schedule:
Thursday, August 20th
4pm- arrival time
4:15: walking tour of the Centro facility will begin
5:15: Head outside to the Market- walking tour of vendors (learn about vendors’ produce/ regional cuisine/merchandise)
5:45-8pm- wrap up tour & folks have opportunity to enjoy the Mercadito with fellow guests and community members!
