Join Urban Land Interests for the next New Faces, New Places on Thursday, June 13th from 4:00-6:00pm and celebrate their 50th Anniversary! Since 1974, ULI has been committed to attracting office tenants, developing exceptional housing, preserving unique historic properties, and creating exceptional buildings that strengthen our downtown Madison community. ULI’s mission is to build long-term relationships with their tenants by providing services that anticipate their needs and exceed their expectations. We hope you can join us at the ULI office, and outdoor terrace, at 10 East Doty Street for an evening of networking, appetizers, and beverages as we toast to building the future!
Parking will be available in the underground ramp at Block 89, located at 10 E. Doty Street. Metro Transit and bicycle transportation are options as well.
DMI still encourages all attendees and members to get fully vaccinated and boosted and follow CDC guidelines. Masks are optional but welcome at this event. Individuals experiencing symptoms of sickness are asked to please not attend in-person.
