Envision Downtown is a strategic partnership between the City of Madison and Downtown Madison, Inc. that will guide the future of Downtown through two documents – the new Greater Downtown Economic Investment Strategy and the City’s update to the Downtown Area Plan. The City of Madison and DMI, along with the consultant team at Vandewalle & Associates, Equity by Design, and NEOO Partners, invite the public to attend and learn more about this partnership, project goals, and share their thoughts and ideas for the future of Downtown Madison.
Doors open at 6pm. Program to start at 6:15pm. Remarks from Mayor Satya Rhodes-Conway and DMI President Jason Ilstrup will be followed by a presentation. After the presentation, attendees will be able to participate in activity stations where they can share their perspectives on the future of Downtown and speak with project team members.
This is a hybrid event, but in person attendance is encouraged. The same presentation and activities will be offered in person and online. Please register if you plan to attend.
