Veterans Day at the Capitol

On April 26, 2023, Veterans and their supporters will present long-delayed Legislative Priorities to Legislators. These include:

  • Eligibility Expansion of the Wisconsin Veterans and Surviving Spouses Property Tax Credit
  • Funding for the University of Wisconsin (UW) MIA Recovery and Identification Project to repatriate Wisconsin missing-in-action (MIA) servicemembers.

Join them at the Monona Terrace at 1 John Nolen Drive in Madison – Free Parking! They will assemble at 10:00 am. Refreshments and lunch will be provided. You will then proceed to the Capitol to present these Legislative Priorities to your State Legislators. From 12:00 to 1:00 pm, a Rally will be held on the First Floor Rotunda.
