Forest Coaching and Studios: Pillars of Strength 8 Week Virtual Workshop
Let Forest Coaching & Studios lead you on a journey through your body and your brain, helping you connect the dots to feel strong, safe and secure in your everyday life or sport! This 8 week series will strive to teach you and train you to live better in your body by training you to see well, balance well and move well.
8 sessions of 75 minute sessions via Zoom through at May 27th at least.
Each session will be recorded and the link emailed for missed sessions or conflicts. After May 27th there may be a possibility to have in person session for participants who prefer to be on site with an instructor.
Individual cost: $149
