MP-Squared Becomes Madison Area’s Second-Largest Employer of Structural Engineers

As of May 2026, MP-Squared Structural Engineers ranks as the second-largest employer of structural engineers in the Madison area, based on a review of publicly available company information. The structural team recently welcomed Richa Dutta Rakhee, EIT, structural designer, and Jeckson Hernandez, structural technician.

-Madison structural engineering firm MP-Squared was founded in 2005 by Mark Puccio and Melissa Peyton and currently has 17 employees, including 12 structural engineers.

-The firm employs one of the highest rates of female engineers to total engineers in the area.
