Brass for Books: A Benefit Concert for Literacy Network

Local bands Yid Vicious and Hirt Alpert are teaming up to raise funds for Literacy Network and help kick off their annual online auction! Join them on Wednesday, April 13, from 5:30 – 7:30pm on the Garver Patio (3241 Garver Green in Madison) for great music in a lovely family-friendly setting. Admission is free and no RSVP is required; donations are highly encouraged. All proceeds will support adult learners in Literacy Network’s English group classes, citizenship program, GED tutoring, and more! Many thanks to Garver Events and Garver Feed Mill for hosting this evening’s fundraiser.

Be sure to also grab a bite from Garver’s Ian’s Pizza, where a percentage of your purchases from 5pm to 9pm on 4/13 will be donated to Literacy Network through Ian’s Dough-Nation program. Please note: You MUST mention Literacy Network, or add the code “Literacy” after your last name in your online order for your purchase to count!
