Black on State

Ashley Moseberry of Alkeme Brand has announced the date for the Black on State Block Party to be held on Sunday, September 22, 2024, on the 400-600 blocks of State Street (400 State St, Madison, WI 53703) from 12pm – 6pm.

Black on State is poised to become the ultimate annual experience of culture and community on State Street, offering a site this city has never seen. This initiative cultivates a new atmosphere for young, influential, and working-class community members while fostering economic development through creativity and preparing an environment where underserved communities feel welcome to explore, commune, and support local businesses in the downtown area.
