Rainforest Rhythms celebrates cultures from rainforest regions around the world with performances of music and dance. This series offers performances for all ages and includes free admission to the tropical Conservatory. Explore the Conservatory with an I SPY guide and search for plants related to the culture highlighted during the day’s performance. Performances at 11:00 a.m. & 1:30 p.m. on each date listed below.
- Friday, January 21: Wisconsin Surma is the premier co-ed Bollywood Fusion dance team in Wisconsin.
- Saturday, March 19: Afoutayi is Minnesota’s foremost Haitian arts and cultural organization.
The Canopy Sessions are live concerts performed in one of Madison’s most unique venues – the tropical Conservatory! Explore the tropics, enjoy the warmth, and be entertained by talented local musicians. Performances from 5-7 p.m. on each date listed below.
- Friday, February 4: Earthmother
- Friday, March 4: Charanga Agozá
- Friday, April 1: The Honey Pies
