Dewitt LLP: Two Litigators Included in Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Wisconsin for 2019

DeWitt LLP announced today that the National Trial Lawyers Association has included two of its litigators, Howard B. Schoenfeld and David J. Schwartz, as members of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers in Wisconsin.

Schoenfeld, who has been included as a member for 13 years, has practiced for more than 30 years in both state and federal courts – before juries and appellate courts. He frequently represents individuals, and companies both large and small, lawyers, municipalities and more in a wide array of litigation matters ranging from civil rights issues to violation of constitutional rights, building defects, and personal injuries – to name a few. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School and his B.S. from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.

Schwartz, who has been included as a member for six years, is a practicing litigator with nearly 40 years of experience representing clients successfully in a variety of civil litigation disputes. He specializes in personal injury, medical negligence, worker’s compensation, and general civil litigation including commercial/real estate litigation. He earned his J.D., from the University of South Dakota School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Denver.
