The River Food Pantry, Inc. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Development to realize bold goals and implement a strategic vision for a thriving organization known for its innovative approach to ending hunger and its compelling history of service. The organization is in Madison, Wisconsin, and serves all of Dane County with food and household stability programs designed to provide clients with longer-term solutions to pressing concerns.

The Director of Development will work closely with the CEO, an experienced leadership team, and an engaged Board of Directors to ensure that the organization has enough resources to carry out its mission and advance its vision.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a nonprofit fundraising role with emphasis on major gifts, planned gifts, and campaigns.
