Step Up: Equity Matters: Empowering Employees Survey

Step Up: Equity Matters is currently conducting statewide research by way of a survey to gain insight into the experiences of Wisconsin employees, with a focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and well-being. Their survey delves into employee experiences with workplace culture and satisfaction as well as factors impacting retention, and future expectations. The survey results will be compiled into a report intended to serve as a reference point for advancing people centered, workplace initiatives and supporting the well-being of Wisconsin’s workforce.
