Madison’s Central Business Improvement District (BID) invites you to come downtown on Wednesday, October 25 from 3 – 6pm for the return of Downtown Madison Family Halloween! This Halloween fun is designed for families and kids 12 & under and features hayrides around the Capitol Square, crafts, art projects, stories and songs, trick or treat at participating businesses, and more!
