QTI’s 2023 HR Trends Survey

The World of Work is changing at lightning speed.  As a leader, you understand the importance of pivoting strategies and staying abreast of HR trends. Through QTI’s annual HR Trends Survey, they aim to provide businesses with these critical HR insights by providing guidance on topics such as compensation, benefits, careers, employee well-being, diversity and inclusion, and workforce planning. For over a decade, the results of their HR Trends survey have been a valued and trusted resource to organizations as they plan their future HR strategies.

QTI invites you to participate in the 2023 HR Trends Survey. It will take you approximately 20-30 minutes to complete, and they ask for your input by July 13, 2022.  All individual participant responses will be kept confidential, and aggregate survey results will be shared with survey participants.  In addition, QTI will host a webinar in the Fall of 2023, at which time they will dig deeper into the key findings and share strategies for 2023 and beyond.
