Retired Appeals Judge Higginbotham was the first African-American to serve as a Wisconsin appellate court judge. He currently serves on Governor Evers Transition Team. Their Emcee, the Honorable Everett Mitchell, is a Dane County Circuit Court Judge and Senior Pastor of Christ the Solid Rock Baptist Church.
