Novii CPA’s Victoria Thayer Honored with Edgewood College’s Alumni Promise Award

Novii CPA CEO & Founder Victoria Thayer has received the Edgewood College Alumni Promise Award, which honors alumni under 40 for early-career success, professional accomplishments, and emerging leadership.

Since founding Novii CPA in 2023, Thayer has grown the Madison-based firm into a tech-forward practice serving 50+ clients in biotech, life sciences, and manufacturing.

“I’m deeply grateful to receive the Promise Award,” said Thayer. “This reflects not just my work, but the incredible support of the Novii CPA team and community.”

Career highlights include: building Novii CPA on values of care and growth; achieving six-figure recurring revenue in under a year and expanding to 8 staff in less than 2 years; and creating the first Spanish-language QBO course while mentoring Latino entrepreneurs.

An immigrant from Ecuador, Thayer is committed to social justice and expanding financial access.
