Autograph Collection and Residence Inn Hotels

Construction of an 11 story tower with two hotels, an Autograph Collection and Residence Inn by Marriott totaling 350 rooms.  The hotel will include an onsite restaurant, rooftop cocktail lounge and banquet/event space.  The existing former Madison College Building will be renovated into 126 loft-style apartments and several commercial spaces.
