633 W. Main Street
McGrath Property Group, in partnership with Nimi Hotels, is proposing to redevelop the former Nature Conservancy property at 633 W. Main Street into a four-story boutique hotel. The project would replace the existing building with approximately 100–110 guest rooms, 60–75 underground parking spaces, and a ground-floor restaurant along W. Main Street. The hotel lobby and café would front W. Doty Street, which would also provide access to the underground parking garage.
