Madison Public Library Foundation’s Lunch for Libraries with Carl Hiaasen
Longtime Miami Herald columnist and comic mystery novelist Carl Hiaasen will be the featured author at Madison Public Library Foundation’s annual Lunch for Libraries fundraiser on Tuesday, May 25.
Hiaasen will discuss his outrageously hilarious and brilliantly satirical New York Times best-selling comic thriller, Squeeze Me. Irreverent, ingenious and uproariously entertaining, Squeeze Me perfectly captures the absurdity of our times.
The virtual program, which will benefit the Wisconsin Book Festival and Madison Public Library youth literacy efforts, will be live streamed to guests. Networking will begin at 11:30 a.m., with the program at noon.
Individual tickets are $125 each, including a Wisconsin Book Festival membership. Every attendee will receive a paperback copy of Squeeze Me. A private link to the live-streamed event will be sent to all ticketholders in advance. For more information and to purchase tickets, click here.
