Madison Children’s Museum Free Night: Black History Month Celebration

Madison Children’s Museum (MCM) invites our entire community to enjoy the museum, with free admission from 5 to 8 pm on February 16th. They will celebrate Black History Month with special activities:
- Live music: Leotha Stanley, 5:30 pm; Atimevu Drum & Dance Company, 6:30 pm
- Popup bookstore and story time with Itty Bitty Bookstore
- History Quest scavenger hunt featuring prominent figures in Black history
- Food samples from Melly Mel’s catering
Free Nights at MCM are part of their Access for Everyone programs. The developmental benefits of play are critical to every child’s growth and the museum’s access programs ensure that all children and families are equipped with critical resources to succeed.
