Last Madison Night Market of the Season on October 15

The pulse of downtown Madison returns with the final Madison Night Market of 2026 on October 15, from 5-9 p.m., taking over N. Carroll and W. Mifflin Streets on Capitol Square, State Street and Gilman Street. The Madison Night Market brings together iconic brick-and-mortar storefronts and the region’s renown artisan makers, from State Street retailers to visiting food carts, pop-up restaurants and live music – it’s a one-of-a-kind urban street festival.

Science on the Square Returns!
In partnership with the Wisconsin Science Festival, Madison’s Central Business Improvement District (BID) is excited to bring back their annual Madison Night Market and Science on the Square Fusion event, blending science with downtown Madison businesses. Back for its 9th year, Science on the Square creates a unique opportunity to explore hands-on science activities while supporting local businesses and market vendors. In 2026, Science on the Square kicks off another exciting, 10-day festival in celebration of the 16th Wisconsin Science Festival.
