JT Engineering Welcomes Eric Heling as Chief Operating Officer

JT Engineering announced that Eric Heling has joined the firm as Chief Operating Officer. Heling brings over two decades of leadership experience in engineering, innovation, product development, and organizational leadership, including leading a global innovation organization of approximately 100 engineering professionals. As COO, Heling will help strengthen operations across the company while supporting continued growth initiatives throughout the Midwest. He will be based in the Kansas City area and will work closely with teams across JT.
