Huffman Facility Development Celebrates 20 Year Anniversary
Congratulations to Huffman Facility Development for celebrating its 20 year anniversary. Since the fall of 2000, they have been fortunate to work with nine public school districts, two private school districts, two higher education clients, several arts related facilities, multiple private housing buildings, a grocery store chain, retail establishments, health care facilities, a television studio, hospitality enterprises and numerous facilities for non-profit organizations.
In a year that has been difficult for so many, they have carefully contemplated how best to celebrate this milestone. Among those financially strained in 2020 are the non-profit groups that they have been so proud to have worked with. Therefore, they have decided to celebrate their successful 20 years by donating to ten of these organizations.
They are moved by the understanding that while the Madison area has been such a wonderful place to live and operate a business, it is not what it can and should be for all parts of our community. So, for their 20th anniversary celebration they are also pledging their support for The Center for Black Excellence and Culture, which is being spearheaded by the Rev. Dr. Alex Gee and his team at Nehemiah Center for Urban Leadership Development.
They also ask you to consider these non-profit organizations when you think of charitable giving over the next year: The Center for Black Excellence and Culture, Madison Children’s Museum, Domestic Abuse Intervention Services, Children’s Theater of Madison, Madison Youth Choirs, YWCA Madison, Agrace Hospice Care, UW Hillel, Meals on Wheels, Madison Opera, and Madison Museum of Contemporary Art.
