GRAEF Welcomes John Ostrowski as Madison Business Development Leader

GRAEF welcomes John Ostrowski as Madison Business Development Leader. In this role, John will focus on strengthening and expanding client relationships across the Madison region while serving as a key client-facing leader for the firm. He will work closely with owners, developers, and partners to understand project goals and connect them with GRAEF’s integrated engineering services. John will be engaged at a strategic level throughout the project lifecycle, from early conversations and pursuit development through selection and delivery support, helping ensure a seamless client experience and strong alignment between vision, scope, and execution. His role will be centered on advancing key opportunities, guiding client engagement, and fostering collaboration across internal teams and external partners to support successful project outcomes.

John brings more than 20 years of experience in business development and market leadership within the AEC industry, with a strong track record of building client relationships and leading successful project pursuits across healthcare, industrial, life sciences, higher education, and mission critical/data center markets.
