As Madison welcomes Forward Madison F.C. and they get ready to embark on the team’s inaugural season in USL League One, they want to help shape the experience for the city in the best way possible.

To gain this insight, they’ve asked the Fan Experience experts at Nepa to conduct a survey for them. Your opinions are extremely valuable and will continue to help make upcoming matches and events exciting and unique for the fans.
