It’s that time again when Free Bikes 4 Kidz starts collecting the bikes you’ve outgrown or decided to part with so they can give them to those in need.

On November 4 from 10am-1pm, FB4K will have bike donation sites in Madison, Verona, Mt. Horeb, and Dodgeville. Click here for full details: https://fb4kmadison.org/fb4k-events/fall-bike-donation-drives-9-30-11-4/.

  • Verona donation site: Salem United Church, 502 Mark Drive, Verona
  • Mount Horeb donation site: Academy of Little Vikings, 1991 Commerce Drive, Mt. Horeb
  • Dodgeville donation site: Dodgeville Area Chamber of Commerce, 338 N. Iowa St., Dodgeville
  • Madison donation site: FB4K Bike Shop, 354 Coyier Lane, Madison

FB4K will spend the winter refurbishing the donated bikes with the help of numerous volunteers like you. Then in the spring, they’ll give them to folks who wouldn’t otherwise have the chance to own and enjoy all the benefits a bike provides.

Gently used bikes of all sizes and styles are accepted. Bikes that are beyond their useful life will be accepted with a $20 disposal donation.

If you are unable to make it on these dates, please bring your bikes when it’s convenient for you Monday-Friday between 9:30am-3pm to the FB4K workshop at 354 Coyier Lane near Rimrock and the Beltline Highway.

FB4K is now accepting corporate teams of volunteers for Fridays from 12:30-4pm to help them refurbish and clean bikes to give away! Teams up to 12 work great. If interested, please send an email to Volunteer@FB4KMadison.org.
