Ether Wellness: Women’s Wellness Series Reflection & Connection: Rest Without Guilt
Join Ether Wellness on February 27th from 7:30-8:30am and redefine rest and release the belief that you have to earn it. Together, we’ll reflect on where we’re overgiving and explore what it feels like to soften, slow down, and support our nervous systems without shame.
Offering a guided space to slow down, check in with yourself, and reconnect with what matters. Through prompts, light discussion, and supportive sharing, you’ll gain clarity, feel grounded, and experience a deeper sense of community.
Every Friday (7:30am – 8:30am), Ether Wellness opens its doors for their Women’s Wellness Series: a rotating blend of movement, reflection, education, and restorative practices designed to support your whole self. Each session offers a chance to reset, reconnect, and nourish your mind, body, and energy in community. Whether you’re seeking strength, grounding, clarity, or calm, these Friday gatherings give you a meaningful space to grow and feel supported.
