Join Ether Wellness on April 1st, 1:30pm for Midday Reset. This is intentional, quiet studio time designed to help you refocus, regulate, and move through the rest of your day with clarity.
Whether you need to catch up on work, study, read, journal, or simply sit in stillness, this space is here to support you.
It will begin with a brief 2–5 minute grounding practice to calm the nervous system and shift into focused energy before transitioning into quiet co-working time. Come for 30 minutes or stay for the whole hour and a half, either way, your future self will thank you.
