Madison-area Urban Ministry: Requesting donations for Mentoring Connections program

Madison-area Urban Ministry’s Mentoring Connection program matches youth impacted by parental incarceration with a caring adult mentor.  Mentor matches spend time with each other each week and develop a connection that can stick with both the youth and the volunteer for a lifetime. Children impacted by parental incarceration are affected in many ways.  MUM tries to bring a little holiday cheer to them with a special holiday party just for them, their mentors and immediate family members.

MUM is looking for donations of gift cards, new toys and food for the party.  If you would like to donate, please contact Ron Burford at ron@emum.org or 608-256-0906.
