Connect Greater Madison: Phase 3 Public Meetings for Regional Transportation Plan
The Greater Madison MPO invites you to join them for the third and final round of virtual public meetings for the Connect Greater Madison: Regional Transportation Plan 2050 (RTP) on April 7 and April 12. Staff from the Greater Madison MPO will review the draft RTP goals, recommendations, and performance measures, as well as preliminary takeaways from public comments provided on the draft recommendations and draft future transportation network interactive map (available through 4/12). They will also review next steps prior to the MPO Policy Board’s review and approval of the draft and final RTP.

Join the Greater Madison MPO for one of the following public meetings to learn more and share your feedback on the draft RTP goals, recommendations, performance measures, and future transportation network maps. Staff will share the same presentation at each meeting and there will be time for Q&A.

The Connect Greater Madison: Regional Transportation Plan 2050 has been coordinated with the Capital Area Regional Planning Commission (CARPC)’s 2050 Regional Development Framework (RDF). The MPO and CARPC are partner agencies working together to align transportation, land use, and natural resource planning in the greater Madison region. The RTP is designed to support the RDF.
