CG Schmidt Welcomes New Madison Office Team Members
CG Schmidt Construction’s Madison office is pleased to welcome Becca Bryant as Senior Marketing Manager, Chris Hengel as Superintendent I, and Tony Lemke and Nick Tomaso both as Project Manager I.
Senior Marketing Manager Becca Bryant comes to CG Schmidt with extensive experience in the construction industry. Beginning with her career in the construction industry, then at her own graphic design company, and now at CG Schmidt she has brought creative marketing solutions to the construction industry for years. She was the recipient of the Best in Show and Marketing Excellence awards by the Society for Marketing Professional Services and supports her community through volunteering with the United Way of Dane County, the YMCA of Dane County, Gilda’s Club, Habitat for Humanity, Meals on Wheels, Just Dane, Little Pink Houses of Hope and Olbrich Botanical Gardens.
Superintendent Chris Hengel has worked for a few construction firms on his path from Carpenter to Foreman to Superintendent. He has overseen the successful completion of several multi-family housing projects. His first project with CG Schmidt will be the SSM Health Freeport Clinic project. He enjoys fishing, hiking, riding ATVs, playing hockey and spending time with his German Shepherd.
Project Manager Tony Lemke earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing before realizing that construction was his true passion. Since then, he has completed a co-op as a Project Engineer and worked on several multi-family development projects. In his spare time, he is an avid cyclist, woodworker, and gardener and loves spending time outside and with his family.
Project Manager Nick Tomaso interned with a construction firm in Chicago as a Project Management Intern, then spent the following year as an Assistant Superintendent Intern while he was completing his Architectural Engineering degree. Upon graduation, he joined a firm in Beaver Dam and has completed projects for companies throughout Wisconsin. In his free time, he enjoys playing sports and doing outdoor activities.
“CG Schmidt is committed to growth and excellence by hiring top talent. This strategy not only aligns with the company’s mission of creating exceptional facilities that improve the lives of others, but also ensures that the team is well-equipped to deliver outstanding client results. Attracting and retaining skilled professionals is crucial for fostering innovation, maintaining high standards, and ultimately improving the lives of those who benefit from the facilities CG Schmidt builds,” says Sarah Dunn, Senior Vice President.
