CG Schmidt Madison Welcomes Ulises Garcia as Project Engineer

CG Schmidt is excited to welcome Ulises Garcia to the team as a Project Engineer. Ulises earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from California State University, Northridge. He credits his late father, a painter and handyman, as the inspiration behind his career path. From an early age, Ulises joined him on jobs across the San Fernando Valley, learning the trade and later working side by side on projects. Though his father is no longer here, Ulises carries his influence with pride as he begins this next chapter with CG Schmidt.

He brings extensive experience from his work with Trasom Fire and Security and J&K Security Solutions, where he developed expertise in fire alarm, security, and low-voltage systems installation, while managing teams and coordinating with project stakeholders. Ulises also brings hands-on construction experience through his own small-scale contracting work in Madison. With certifications including OSHA 30 Hour, NICET Fire Alarm System Level 1, and ProCore General Contractor PM Certification, he is eager to grow his career in project management. Ulises is currently working on the historic renovation of the Eugene Hotel in Monroe, WI, contributing to CG Schmidt’s mission of building with integrity.
