CG Schmidt Madison Office Welcomes New Director of Business Development

CG Schmidt Construction’s Madison office is pleased to announce Marissa Young as Director of Business Development. Marissa started her career focusing on the developer side of business, but through her professional experience she leaned into her passion for customer service and construction and has been working in the field for nearly five years.

Marissa brings a strong track record in driving growth and forging strategic partnerships. She has led successful proposal strategies and community engagement efforts, contributing to increased revenue through targeted business development and marketing initiatives. An active community leader, Marissa serves on several nonprofit boards, advancing economic development in the Greater Madison area and promoting construction industry careers to local youth.
