Big Brothers Big Sisters of Dane County: It Takes Little to Be Big

It Takes Little to Be Big is a six-week multi-faceted marketing campaign to recruit more volunteer mentors and address Big Brothers Big Sisters‘ long waitlist. They aim to recruit 100 new prospective volunteers from February 1st to March 15th. In addition to growing their reach, they also aim to recruit more mentors from diverse backgrounds, which ultimately helps them better serve the youth in our community. The campaign addresses the common misperceptions that mentoring takes a lot of time or requires wisdom and expertise. It doesn’t take much to make an impact on a young kid’s life, and we want to share that message far and wide to reach potential volunteers.
