A virtual Accessibility Design Forum took place on July 26, 2022. The purpose of the forum was to inform and educate people to advance accessibility beyond compliance in the built world, and have individual and systemic actionable steps to take away. The forum featured panel discussions on the following topics:
- “Understanding the Process” – How to find common dialogue to achieve accessibility and inclusion
- “The Value of Accessibility” – How can accessibility and inclusion be a priority in the design process, and what does value mean?
- “Multifamily Housing with Universal Appeal” – How can universal design be more significant in multifamily housing projects?
