47th Monroe Street Festival
The 47th Monroe Street Festival will take place on Saturday, September 13 from 10:00am to 5:00pm in the 1600 – 2600 blocks of Monroe Street. The Monroe Street Festival is a cherished annual tradition celebrating Monroe Street’s many locally owned businesses and surrounding residential neighborhoods. The day-long event features a range of activities including street sales, food and drink specials, free outdoor performances, kids music and games, a bargain book sale at the Monroe Street Library, and so much more. Activities are held rain or shine, and take place in the businesses, on the street or sidewalks, at Monroe Commons by Trader Joe’s, and in the parking lot of Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream.
