Bayview Rising: Equitable, Intentional, and Much Needed Redevelopment in Madison’s Triangle
The exciting and important $50,000,000 redevelopment of Bayview, one of Madison’s oldest and most successful affordable housing communities located in the heart of Madison’s downtown, is underway. With 90% of the budget raised, a capital campaign to secure the final $4,000,000 is being chaired by Natalie Erdman. At the next What’s Up Downtown, Bayview’s Executive Director Alexis London will share how Bayview is building on the Triangle’s past, employing design justice, and focusing on creating sustainable, new space for its unique, effective combination of affordable housing and services.
