You’re invited to the 2019 State of the Downtown featuring the release of the 9th annual State of the Downtown metrics report! The report provides timely, objective, and accurate data to better understand the current state of our downtown and to help determine priorities and actions steps to sustain and grow a healthy and vital downtown Madison.

In addition, the event will feature remarks from City of Madison Mayor, Satya Rhodes-Conway and a discussion on major issues and opportunities facing our downtown with panelists:

  • Deb Archer, President & CEO, Destination Madison
  • Tom Lynch, Director of Transportation, City of Madison
  • Anne Neujahr Morrison, Shareholder, Urban Land Interests and Principal, New Year Investments
