Join us this month at Maydm to see the new Maydm Student Innovation Studio and learn about their work to change the face of STEM. Maydm provides girls and youth of color in grades 6 -12 with the skills, experiences, and connections to pursue careers in and change the face of STEM. They envision a world where all students know that a career in STEM is possible for them; a world where all students can pursue their dreams as entrepreneurs, developers, engineers, professors, and more.
DMI is no longer requiring full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test to attend in-person events, but still encourage all attendees and members to get fully vaccinated and boosted and follow CDC guidelines. Masks are also optional and welcome at this event. Individuals experiencing symptoms of sickness are asked to please not attend in-person.
The building is located in the back parking lot off Paterson Street. Look for the Applied Tech sign on the building. You can park in any of the open spaces in the lot. Please note there is a concrete ramp on the side of the building. Metro Transit and bicycle transportation are options as well.
