Driving around Dane County we all see them, the large trucks and cranes of the major construction companies that are changing and improving the face of Madison and Dane County, and we wonder, “What does it take to develop or own a company that can do that?” Join us as we discuss this very topic!
Those of us who join the military straight out of high school are quickly introduced to a myriad of different people. We learn to adapt and build relationships through this and it becomes one of the many great lessons that forges us in our service.
Join us as Dan explains how he incorporates these lessons every day through his relationships to create a successful company that has lasted over 25 years. Since 1992 he has adapted to a changing Madison marketplace while leading a company with 20 employees and many more subcontracted teams that count on his leadership to provide for their households and families.
As the owner/founder of Supreme Structures Inc. Dan maintains a dedication to both effectively and creatively accomplishing the design-build needs of his clients. He has learned to treat their investments as his own before, during, and after construction. He has taught his team the importance of completing all of their building projects, projects that add great value to our community, by engaging a widespread network of talent from various fields of expertise. As President and Owner, Dan spends much of his time cultivating business and maintaining healthy partnerships with those whom he is in contact.
Supreme Structures Inc. was recently featured in InBusiness Magazine as being an outstanding employee-centric company. Dan has constructed a solid team and he lives by the concept that if he takes care of his employees the same attitude will extend from his employees to all of their clients.
Outside of Supreme Structures, Dan is active in the community of Oregon where he lives with his wife and two daughters. Dan also learned the importance of maintaining a strict health regimen. He continues to PT regularly and he spends much of his “free-time” being physically active which includes training for and running marathons and triathlons.
Enter through either end of the building, take elevator up to 3rd floor, the cafe is on the southern end (rear) of the building.
