Behind The Scenes

Overview:

Join us for a special behind-the-scenes tour to learn all about how Henry Vilas Zoo cares for their animals and hear about their amazing conservation work helping animals at the zoo and around the world. In this hour long program you will get an up close encounter with up to 5 education animals (a variety of small invertebrates, reptiles, and mammals) and learn about everything that goes into running a successful zoo!

REGISTRATION:

This event is open to DMI members only and registration is required to attend as space is limited.

COVID PROTOCOLS:

DMI is requiring full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours to attend in-person.  Attendees may be subject to present and should be prepared to provide proof and photo ID.  Masks are optional and welcome at this event. Individuals experiencing symptoms of sickness are asked to please not attend in-person.
