Cresa Madison represented National Decision Support Company (NDSC) in their move to nearly 11,000 sf on the 5th floor of the 316 W. Washington Building. This most recent transaction for office space at the 316 Building represents the final vacant portion of the building not occupied by AT&T. NDSC will occupy their new office space in the third quarter of 2017 and, like many of the other suites in the building, the design calls for a high-tech, trendy office space with exposed concrete, great natural light and an open floor plan.
