Park Bank is honored to be one of 15 individuals, businesses and organizations to receive the 2016 Governor's Financial Literacy Award. In a recent ceremony at the Wisconsin State Capitol, Governor Scott Walker applauded the winners for efforts to promote financial literacy in schools, the workplace, and in communities throughout the state.

AMPED Association Management is pleased to announce the official opening of its metro Washington, DC office in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia. The DC office is an extension of AMPED’s headquarters in Madison, Wisconsin and will serve to benefit AMPED association clients with staff support, meetings, and advocacy interests in and around the DC area. Much of the planning for a 2020 DC city-wide convention will also take place from the new office. Like AMPED’s downtown Madison, Wisconsin office, the remodeled DC office is located in a charming, historic building close to water and surrounded by unique and vibrant businesses, bars and restaurants – the perfect environment for walking meetings, client meetings and thinking “outside the office.”

Come join Sustain Dane for their Disrupting Biases to Boldly Expand your Board training session. This session will teach participants to identify common unconscious bias that prevents their successful preparation, recruitment, and onboarding of board members of diverse backgrounds and perspectives. Participants will walk away with a better understanding of their role in ensuring the highest level of leadership reflects their stakeholders. Zak Bloom, CPA, Director of Local Government Services; Carrie Shefchik, Supervisor-Accounting; Whitney Mauger, CPA, Supervisor-Tax; Ying Zhang, Staff Accountant-Audit; and Kimberly Brewer, Administrative Assistant.
