Bob Burns has stepped down from his leadership role in BCycle to focus on Government Relations & Advocacy for Trek. As BCycle hits two major milestones this year—10 years and 50 cities—Bob is handing the reins over to Morgan Ramaker as Executive Director of BCycle and to Brian Conger as her second in command. Along with the incredible team at BCycle, they are excited to build upon the organization’s solid foundation and forge a path for the next 10 years and beyond.

Quarles & Brady  is expanding its presence in Minnesota with the opening of a full-service downtown Minneapolis office this month, the firm’s 11th location nationwide. The new office is located in the state-of-the-art Fifth Street Towers at 150 South 5th Street, Suite 1800. The firm's Minnesota client base encompasses emerging businesses and many well-known companies in the manufacturing, technology, real estate, finance and healthcare industries, among others.

The City of Madison is creating a Historic Preservation Plan and is looking for your help in identifying the places that have shaped the cultural, social, and physical character of the city. These places, no matter how big or small, are important in representing the collective history of all Madison residents. The purpose of the survey is to start collecting initial information to document the financial impacts of the flood on the City's business community. Celebrate the rich roots of Latino art in culture at the fifth annual Latino Art Fair, on Saturday, October 6th from 5-9pm at the Overture Center, organized and sponsored by the Latino Chamber of Commerce of Dane County in partnership with Overture Center. Talented artists from throughout South Central Wisconsin will exhibit and sell their artwork, including paintings, photography, pottery, jewelry, music and more.
